A clearly defined problem statement, scope, success criteria, implementation requirements and next-step plan.
Technical and product validation
Guidance to assess architecture, infrastructure fit, compliance considerations and technical readiness.
Corporate and market readiness
Feedback from relevant financial-services operators on enterprise adoption, partnerships, customer needs and commercialization.
Funding and growth pathways
Support for investor readiness and, where relevant, preparation for Ripple grant or accelerator opportunities. Funding and acceptance are not guaranteed.
Participants will gain access to a curated mix of payments executives, banking and insurance leaders, infrastructure specialists, investors and venture builders from Brinc’s global network.

The program is a focused 12-week sprint designed to help fintech startups turn a promising product into an enterprise-ready proof of concept. Participants receive support across use-case definition, technical and commercial validation, POC scoping, market strategy, fundraising readiness, and introductions to relevant corporate and investor networks.
We are looking for startups building in payments, cross-border finance, settlement, loyalty, treasury, compliance, tokenization, digital assets, financial infrastructure and related enterprise solutions. Applicants should normally have an MVP or working prototype and a credible commercial or POC objective.
No. The program is open to a broad range of financial-innovation companies. Startups do not need to be blockchain-native, although selected teams should be open to assessing technologies and infrastructure that may strengthen their use case.
No. You do not need to be building on XRPL before applying. Relevant startups may have the opportunity to explore XRPL and receive technical guidance, depending on product fit and specialist availability.
Applications are reviewed for team quality, product readiness, commercial relevance, technical feasibility and the strength of the proposed POC or validation goal. Shortlisted companies will be invited to a fast-track interview before final selection.
The expected format is hybrid, combining remote workshops and mentoring with selected in-person sessions and ecosystem engagements in Hong Kong. Final attendance requirements will be confirmed with selected teams.
Hong Kong-based startups and companies with a credible Hong Kong market-entry or enterprise use case are encouraged to apply. Priority consideration may be given to eligible Cyberport companies and previous applicants to Brinc or Ripple programs.
Yes. The final program fee and payment schedule will be shared during the selection process. Eligible Cyberport companies may qualify for reimbursement support, subject to Cyberport approval and applicable funding rules.

The program is designed to help each startup define, validate and develop an enterprise-ready POC. Every participant in the previous OSN cohort progressed to a POC, but outcomes for future cohorts depend on company readiness, technical fit and partner decisions.
No. Selected startups may receive support to assess fit and prepare for relevant grant, accelerator, investment or pilot opportunities, but all decisions are made independently by the relevant organization. The program is designed to help participants fast-track their grant applications and review, as well as access to the network of investors
Participants will receive curated access to relevant operators, technical specialists, corporate stakeholders and investors from Brinc’s network. Introductions depend on company fit, readiness and stakeholder availability.
